Ready to Place your Custom apparel order?

Please follow the steps below!

1. Send an email to info@progreekapparel.com (or the representative of your choosing) with the information requested below.
   • Customer Name, Greek Affiliation (If applicable), Phone Number, Email
   • Date requested for completion
   • Greek Letters for Garment
   • Garment requested (jacket, hoody, tshirt etc): Size and color
   • Information placing: Left Sleeve, Right Sleeve, Front (left chest/right chest if its a button or zip up item), Top Back, Middle Back, Lower Back.
2. When your order request is received a representative of ProGreek will type up your order and send it to you for your review.
3. After your approval, you will receive an invoice requesting online, secure payment for your order.
4. Upon receipt of payment your order will be deemed ready for production. Please allow 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS from the PAYMENT date for completion of your order.
5. Upon completion of your order you will receive a shipping confirmation for your order.
6. Within 2 weeks of shipping, you will receive a receipt as well as a request to rate your experience with ProGreek. Please feel free to give us feedback so that we can always make sure you are getting top notch service!
